Access to and use of the Site implies acceptance of these T&Cs by the User. In case of disagreement with any of their stipulations, the User is invited not to use the Site.

4. ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE
4.1 Access to the Site

The Site does not include any user accounts. Software can be downloaded directly from the Site without registration.
5.2 License management
The use of certain software requires the purchase of a license key, sent via email after the purchase in accordance with the specific conditions for each offer. The User is responsible for keeping their license key safe and confidential.
5.3 Secure payments
Payments for the purchase of licenses are processed by a secure payment provider. Fcharly24h does not store Users' payment information. The User must ensure that the payment information they provide is accurate.
5.4 User Responsibility
The User is responsible for the use of downloaded software in accordance with their license terms. They ensure that the information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the software may result in the suspension or termination of access to the associated online services.
5.5 Support
Fcharly24h offers support for questions related to the use of software and license management. The User can send their requests to Fcharly24h@sfr.fr.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Copyright and related rights
The content on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software, is protected by the Intellectual Property Code and applicable international conventions. They are the property of Fcharly24h or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written permission from Fcharly24h.
6.2 Trademarks and logos

Any violation of the intellectual property rights of LAUYAN SOFTWARE or its partners engages the responsibility of its author. Fcharly24h reserves the right to take any appropriate action, including legal action, to protect its rights.
7. CONTENT PUBLISHED BY THE USER
7.1 Absence of user content
The Site does not allow the publication of content by Users: no contributions or comments may be submitted or displayed.
7.2 Reporting
Any abuse or technical issue encountered on the Site can be reported to Fcharly24h@sfr.fr.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
8.1 Responsibility of the Publisher
Fcharly24h strives to maintain the Site accessible and functional and to publish accurate information. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of temporary interruption of the Site for maintenance or updates.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Fcharly24h cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Site or from a case of force majeure. Nothing herein limits the consumer's rights under legal warranties or their remedy in case of default by LAUYAN SOFTWARE.

8.5 Force Majeure
Fcharly24h cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations arising from a case of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
8.6 Indemnification
The User indemnifies Fcharly24h against any claims from third parties resulting from a wrongful breach, by the User, of these T&Cs.

Entre professionnels, tout litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes CGU relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Versailles.
